Measure the circumference of your waist or hips with a tape measure, at the point where you usually wear the belt.

To the resulting value, add 15 cm. This is the ideal overall dimension of the belt you should choose.

The measurement refers to the distance from the beginning of the buckle to the central hole of the belt.

Example: If your circumference is 85 cm, choose size 100 cm.
