Returns & Refund Policy
Product Exchanges
Product exchanges are possible in the following cases:
If you receive a product that is defective.
If you receive a different product than the one you ordered.
If you wish to exchange the product you received for any reason.
Product returns must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, after contacting us by phone at +30 2810-283364.
In cases (1) and (2), shipping costs are fully covered by our company.
For exchanges with another product, the cost of the first exchange and shipping is covered by our company. The first free exchange applies for deliveries within Greece.
The responsibility for shipping the product to Derma Chroniaris until it is received lies with the sender.
Withdrawal & Refunds
You have the right, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, to change your mind and return the product in its original condition (right of withdrawal).
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be in its original packaging.
The product must be in its original condition, without damage or signs of use.
It must be accompanied by the corresponding proof of purchase (receipt, invoice).
Our company will refund the amount paid for the purchase, including the original shipping costs (basic shipping), within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the product. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the order.
In case of withdrawal, the customer may choose any courier company for the return, with the return shipping cost being the customer’s responsibility.
Payment by Cash on Delivery
For orders paid via cash on delivery (COD):
Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the account you provide.
The cost of COD will not be refunded.
